Shipping & Returns Policies
All orders are shipped within approximately five (5) business days from when the order is placed. *Please note that items are all handmade and if something is out of stock, I will contact you to see if you prefer to wait while I make more, substitute for another item, or request a refund for the out of stock item. USPS may also experience their own delays outside my control that could increase ship time. If your order says "USPS Awaiting Item", there is a good chance it has already been picked up, but not yet scanned.* Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following week. Processing time is the period after your order is placed and payment is verified. No orders will be shipped until payment has been verified. Multiple orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. We offer USPS shipping services only, USPS First Class & USPS Priority Flat Rate, both with tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
We do not accept returns on orders at this time, however, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation. Please email or call the Owner, Alexandra, with any questions, comments or concerns.
