How to Use Guide: Aromatherapy Shower Steamers
What is an aromatherapy shower steamer? Also known as a shower bomb or shower fizzie, aromatherapy shower steamers are fizzie tabs infused with menthol crystals and essential oils that you can use during your shower to enhance the experience, make it more refreshing, provide sinus relief (eucalyptus peppermint blend), or help to calm you (lavender blend).
Where do I place the shower steamer in the shower? To use a shower steamer, the optimal location is on your shower floor. Let's say you are facing AWAY from your shower head, looking at the opposite wall. Place the shower steamer on the floor slightly in front of your feet. It should be right where the water flow is landing. This will allow for a slow disintegration and allow you to be able to enjoy your shower steamer for 1 & 1/2 long showers or 3 short showers. I provide a sachet bag with the shower steamers that I recommend using only with the lavender menthol blend, so as to collect the dried lavender flowers on top.
How many showers does one shower steamer last? When placed in the aforementioned optimal location on your shower floor, you may use for up to 1 & 1/2 long showers (about 10-11 minutes each) or up to 3 short showers. To use for several short showers, simply remove the shower steamer from the wet shower floor and place somewhere dry, like a dry soap dish or dry jar or dry shower shelf.
